IL CIOCCOLATO E GELATO VENCHI
Founded in Piemonte in 1878, Venchi follows traditional recipes to create artisanal chocolates with only the finest natural ingredients. At Eataly’s Venchi counter, you can order anything from a single chocolate, or Pick & Mix from the many delicious and colorful pralines, or a creamy gelato.
LA PIZZA ALLA PALA & FOCACCIA
Every day, our bakers create the unique Pizza alla Pala, a favorite street food from Rome, beloved all around Italy. This thin-crust pizza is named after the wooden “pala”, or paddle, on which it is served. Eataly’s bakery also offers a plentiful selection of focacce, made following the traditional Genovese baking technique, making it the fluffiest focaccia around.
Our mozzarella bar offers a selection of fresh mozzarella arriving on a regular basis from Italy to ensure maximum freshness, but not only, our Mozzarella Bar is stocked with its creamy sisters, stracciatella, burrata and bocconcini. Here you can discover the tradition behind the age-old process of mozzarella making, enjoy delicious mozzarella at La Piazza or take some home with you!
In our crudo bar we want to present a new approach to enjoying raw fish, in a simple and clean way. They key to any fish dish is quality - especially when served crudo. Our fish is cleaned and cut in-house to ensure that you receive the most pristine product. And as always, you can talk to our expert fishmongers, our team is excited to talk about the catch of the day.
