You have made too much pasta and you don’t know what to do with the leftovers. Discover to recycle it and make another amazing meal:

Pasta leftovers (long pasta is more suitable for this recipe)
The quantities depend on your leftovers. If pasta leftovers don’t have any seasoning, you can add, for example, pancetta, scamorza cheese or even veggies. If the spaghettis are already seasoned instead you do not need anything else.
1. Pour the pasta into a pan with a drizzle of oil and fry for a few minutes
2. In the meantime, beat the eggs with the grated Parmesan cheese and add a pinch of pepper.
3. Pour the eggs into the pan, cover and cook for about 15 min over medium heat, then turn the original omelette and finish cooking.
