Think of creamy mozzarella, sweet San Marzano tomatoes, harvested at their peak, elastic and fluffy dough, a wood-burning oven that in 90 seconds cooks the perfect, slightly charred pizza, so delicious you will be singing along with our vibrant Neapolitan pizzaioli (pizza makers).

This restaurant also boasts a selection of signature pasta dishes that need no translation.From fresh pasta made in the heart of the restaurant, the menu features specialty dry pas- ta directly from Gragnano. As the birthplace of dry pasta making, Gragnano is celebratedfor its pasta all across the world; each shape is made with the highest quality ingredients, is bronze extruded as per the traditional methods and dried at low temperatures for up to 48 hours. The resulting pasta has the best texture and is ideal for collecting flavorful sauces. Our pasta is always al dente, just like in Italy, balanced with fresh, seasonal ingredients.
